About Heather

I have spent the last six years serving the Rexburg community as a nurse in Med/Surg, ICU, and the Emergency Department, as well as the inpatient Behavioral Health Unit.

Driven by a commitment to excellence, I recently graduated as a PMHNP-BC and am excited to expand my ability to serve our community by providing mental health care across the lifespan.

As a Daisy honoree, I am dedicated to bringing compassionate, high-quality care to my neighbors here in Idaho.

When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me enjoying the outdoors, experimenting with sourdough recipes, and reading or playing games.

Location

In-person appointments are in Rexburg only. Telehealth appointments are also offered after an in-person initial intake appointment.
