About Matt

Hey there! My name is Matt Ratliff, and I graduated with a Master of Social Work from Eastern Kentucky University. I enjoy working with teens and adults. I believe that meaningful change happens when therapy is built on trust, collaboration, and a genuine therapeutic relationship.

No two people are alike, so I don’t believe therapy should be either. I strive to understand each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals, then tailor treatment to fit their individual needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients build practical skills, gain insight, and create lasting change.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, ADHD, relationship concerns, or life transitions, my goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can develop practical skills, gain insight, and move toward the life you want to live.

I provide individual therapy for teens and adults in both English and Spanish.
