Rosemary is a native resident of Idaho and brings 19 years of medical knowledge to our team.
As a PMHNP-BC, Rosemary focuses on psychiatric medication management and integrates counseling into clinic visits as needed. She is committed to understanding the individual goals and challenges of every patient.
Rosemary believes in creating an environment of mutual respect and trust with her patients. She provides in-depth, individualized care for kids, adolescents, and adults.
Location
In-person appointments are in Rexburg only. Telehealth appointments are also offered after an in-person initial intake appointment.
